Sunday Morning Studio

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all design services provided by Sunday Morning Studio (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Scope of Services

Sunday Morning Studio provides graphic design and related creative services, including but not limited to brand identity design, marketing materials, and digital assets. The scope of each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable payment is required to begin work.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule outlined in your proposal or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or delays in project delivery.

4. Revisions

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly rate.

  • Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide clear direction, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that all materials provided (text, images, etc.) are owned or licensed for use.

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays.

6. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines will be outlined in the proposal. Delays in communication or feedback from the Client may result in timeline adjustments.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Final designs will be transferred to the Client upon full payment.

  • Sunday Morning Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

  • The Studio retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled by the Client after work has begun, the Client is responsible for payment proportional to the work completed.

  • The Studio reserves the right to cancel a project under unforeseen circumstances, in which case a partial refund may be issued.

9. File Delivery

  • Final files will be delivered in agreed-upon formats once full payment is received.

  • Source files (e.g., editable design files) may be included or sold separately, depending on the project agreement.

10. Liability

  • Sunday Morning Studio will not be held liable for:

    • Any damages resulting from the use or misuse of design work.

    • Errors or omissions after final approval has been given by the Client.

11. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

12. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

13. Acceptance

By engaging Sunday Morning Studio’s services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
