Refund Policy

Sunday Morning Studio

• Due to the nature of digital design services, all sales are final.

• Sunday Morning Studio provides custom graphic design services and delivers digital files. Because these services involve time, creative expertise, and the production of non-returnable digital assets, we do not offer refunds once a project has begun.

Non-Refundable Services

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• This includes completed projects, partially completed work, and unused design concepts.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are encouraged to review all project details, proposals, and timelines carefully before committing to services. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions

• Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that Sunday Morning Studio is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By agreeing to this policy, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Any concerns should be communicated directly so we can work toward a resolution.
